If you cancel 2 weeks prior to the start of camp, you will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee.

Refunds will only be granted within the 2 weeks prior to camp if the request is accompanied by a note from a medical doctor/physical therapist (less a $50 processing fee).

NO refunds will be issued once the camp session has commenced
